Our 2023-2024 Season
Members of the newly renovated Meadowbrook Health Resort are dropping like flies, including famed chef Edith Chiles! On the eve of the grand re-opening, this is not the best advertisement. It’s up to John Stone, the manager, to find the cause and the murderer. Delightfully sarcastic and cynical, Stone finds himself teaming up with Ed Parlor, mystery writer and amateur sleuth, in a wacky race against time. The clues point to a sinister box of chocolates, and the suspects include all the outlandish characters working for the resort.

“The seaweed is always greener in somebody else's lake." That seems to be the cast for Ariel, King Triton's youngest daughter, who wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.

A couple of oddly intrusive passengers. A perplexing older couple. New parents. A loud family with a bratty kid. This is the company Dana keeps while she waits in a crowded airport for her next flight to … well … to wherever she’s going. But not all is as it seems as Dana, a self-proclaimed “bad girl,” tries to pass the time during this never-ending layover. As she interacts with the other waiting passengers, Dana begins to learn that if she wants to get where she’s going, she’ll have to figure out who she really is.

This school year, Honors Theatre III will be devising their own production! What does that mean, exactly? They will pick a subject matter important to them, write the show, and then have collaborative say-so in all of the production aspects. More information will be added once the class devises their piece.

One day Toby the tiger and his friend go to a wedding. It's a wonderful celebration until the bride and groom kiss. Toby blushes and turns bright pink. Two hunters, Humpert and Hughes, see Toby and realize he's quite a find—a tiger that glows like a neon sign! Toby and his friends are captured. The hunters take them to the circus and put Toby on display. Toby and his friends are unhappy away from the jungle and locked in cages. Interaction with the audience helps Toby "Think Pink!" and put his escape plan into action. Returning to the jungle, Toby and his friends celebrate their homecoming. Zelda is so happy she gives Toby a kiss—and guess what?—the tiger turned pink!
